Rejected Dm in the city

Me (19168) and my friend (21023) were coming back from hospital to our family house when we reached there was a random guy standing outside our family house and he suddenly started firing on us for no reason and that guy killed me and my friend and after that he abuse our nation also you can check it out in the ( pov ) in last few second and according to rule no one can fire in the city and this all incident happened in mirror park. please look into this we need justice.
