He has closed a complaint on a hacker because I couldn't prove what "gun he is using" and his ID because the hacker was shooting from up in the sky (rooftop technically) so isnt it his job to check logs? How is it our fault if we can't see player ID at that range, the guy has killed me with full HP so he must have damage modifiers. Check logs.

I was able to identify the player who killed you, but it's still insufficient evidence as there is no proof of what was being used. I cannot punish someone when there is not valid and solid proof especially when it is cheating.
