Approved Car ramming and hitting my character with his car | ID: 19698

He stared ramming me with his car while I was headed to Sandy Shores hospital. He was not talking in text or voice chat. One near the hospital, he continued ramming my car just to piss me off, then proceeded to ram my character with his car. Luckily I got launched into the hospital.
