I am filing a complaint against Banjo Zaar subject decision from 04.04.2022 in the forum threads/76153/
He kindly showed me proof in the form of a screenshot in the discord. Only the discussion with a Swiss player is about a World of Warcraft account. And we ironically discussed what the Grand Accounts would be worth. As a very long-time player, I would never dream of selling something that is not allowed. What I have sold in my time as a player are World of Warcraft accounts, and this is also condoned by Blizzard.
I read the rules from Grand and experienced it myself as an admin what the players are capable of. Do you think that I would really hand over an account with more than 2000 hours? There is too much passion in it, believe me.
But if I were to lose an account because the server or the company no longer existed, for whatever reason, I would have to live with it.
In my opinion, I was blocked for other reasons, which I don't want to explain yet, because there is enough need for action in the foreseeable future.

Hence the request: Activate me again. Thanks.

If you ignore my request, that's ok for me too, it's your right to take it. In my place, however, I will defend myself against this decision with all means at my disposal, if necessary, I will take everything further with my lawyer.

I have never sold anything owned by Grand-RP on Grand-RP or any other dubious site.
Neither an account nor any other virtual goods. Please check the request.
And banning me just as a guess is fraught with absurdity, and not user friendly. I also gave them money, not much but it was 75€ for game content that I can't/may not use anymore!

Dear Mazhor, please check it well and conscientiously and seriously.

Sorry Mazhor, but I now have proof that I didn't intend to sell the account. The text conversation with this lady was on a spiritual level that is not to be taken very seriously.
And that's why I believe 100% that Banjo has no further proof that I wanted to sell my beloved account with full conviction.
I just can't let go of the thought that this is a case against me personally.

So once again, check the matter carefully, as I would like to emphasize that I do not intend to sell my account and have not sold one. And had no intention of selling the account. And there never was a second one, for whatever.

So now I hope for an amicable solution, so that we can bury the story.
I'd be happy if I didn't have to keep my attorney busy with it.

So the fact that they employ Mazhor, such an admin who is not able to get to the bottom of the truth, worries me.
Threatens with multiple proofs, but cannot deliver them. My lawyer was connected via teamviewer and would have liked to see more evidence.
No banjo, he doesn't deliver. Better block me.
I do not refrain from filing a complaint for insults, as recommended by my lawyer.
