As you will see in the whole situations this DOC officer clearly doesn't know anything about rules, i don't know who hired this guy but this guy definitely need to go through training again and read rules.

In this POV this guy you can see me and one of the inmates we just killed this doc officer ass and send him to the hospital.
CITY TIME 14:12.

He came back at CITY TIME 14:18, it took him 6 minutes to come to the same place he got killed, clearly he is breaking the NRL.
The he just decided to cuff me since i killed his ass plus he didn't said anything that he going to cuff me he just cuffed me without saying anything, just a big L.

2 prisoners are fighting in the gym he just went in cuffed both of them, while he was getting punched by ID 105709, he didn't told him that he is going to cuff him, he didn't' had problem with his voice because when he cuffed the next person he told him im going to cuff you. Then he took ID 105709 by the arm again without saying shit to him.

At this point i was asking for his ID since im still cuffed the whole time.. i was cuffed in 14:18 and got uncuffed in 14:32, when i asked this officer to uncuff me and someone else uncuffed me.
In this time he cuffed again ID 105709 but he had tazer on his hand..

I don't know who hired this big brain into doc but he clearly doesn't know anything about how RP works how to cuff people or even basic rules.

If needed i have the whole POV of the situation but its just 20 plus minutes and i don't think anyone of the admins wants to watch 20 plus minutes POV, but if needed i have it.

ID 132499 will receive a punishment for Meta-Gaming & NLR.​
