Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to accept this report.
To begin with, ID 9513 will receive a verbal warning for referring to rules ICly. Rules are OOC and you should never refer to them in-game unless an admin says the RP is paused.

- ID 14336 will receive a punishment for Car-Ramming.
- They had multiple other routes they could have driven yet they decided to go straight through the middle and run people over. This will not be tolerated.
