Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.
ID 12083 and ID 11842 will receive punishment for Event Rule 1.13
ID 9928 will receive punishment for UB and MG.
Unrealistic Behavior-talking while unconscious is not something you can do in real life.
Metagaming (MG) - Using VoIP programs such as Teamspeak, Skype, Discord and Ventrilo to communicate IC whilst in-game is strictly forbidden.
