I'll share my POV to show that I double tapped out of the animation once I realized we were being shot at if the admin wants it. Shouldn't have taken so long.

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Deny this report.

• I did see ID 90846 comply (eventually) by putting his hands up.
• Your POV doesn't show him being finished in the end for mercy killing and as you can see in the POV of the guy who killed, he just sprayed randomly on you all.
• Still I would like to punish ID 90846 for stalling and showing no fear for initial instructions. (there is no doubt of confusion here as even if all were talking at once, they were all saying same thing to put hands up, and you wanna tell me after playing here for so long you dont know the right animation for hands up?)
