Rejected RDM without a shot call in the city

I was in town at the car dealer and talked to my friend and then two young men came: 1.ID:60886 2.ID:74425. When the first one got out of his vehicle, did he call the other one via family radio, when the other one came and also got out of his vehicle, both of them shot at us in the city without a shot call.
