Sufyaan Khan was born in the Kabul into an orphanage due to his mother dying at birth and the father leaving before he was born. Sufyaan never got an understanding of what love was so he became cold-hearted as he was neglected even in the orphanage. At the age of 7 Sufyaan was taken by terrorists and entered a life of crime and drugs for 11 years and gained an addiction towards crack cocaine. Sufyaan then ran away and began to travel, making his way into UK first as a refuge and then taking a plane to US. The life in Los Santos was hard until they finally left the city to search another place where they suspected he was. His life was finally becoming balanced and he became a successful man in Los Santos knowing that they will come for him. He had protection, resources and training and he could take on the people that were coming after him.
Sufyaan is now a powerful man working with the FIB holding a grudge against the people that took him. Trying to make them run out of this city and keeping them in the past. Although his past behaviours are still with him, he regrets his addiction and his criminal behaviour.
Outcomes
1. Sufyaan is able to torture/Interrogate/kill for information by using truth serum, even lawyers
2. Sufyaan can remove criminals from the wanted list or reduce sentence
