I cant understand why Leandro isnt chief anymore. everything was running perfectly and now you changed everything again. Leandro is such a nice person and I just cant understand why you changed it to Chris Reed. Leandro was Deputy all the time and when Tom Harrilson went away everybody was fine with Leandro as Chief.
please just bring it back to Leandro and everything is fine
