Simply its Undercover car i tought its not fib and it wasnt visible enough for me because i was seeing Marabunta guy in the car i tought they are Gangsters About PG its a Bug
while i were running if you stop he keeps running auto and about GR 6.4 Simply he was provoking and not professional while saying are you stupid and like that i was trying to arrest him but i left him cuz we was having an fz raid and i was trying to prevent any steal from the Ammo thats why i left him after that he didnt complete the POV
And simply there is no any type of gr 6.4
and about PG
its bug as i said once you are running and stopped running he still running auto and as showen i was going 1 step and stoping that proofs i were trying to Prevent the Bug
i hope you will the right decision
because i got 2 warnings on the 1st Week
and 1 of them cuz admins took a decision without let me explain cuz in the RDM Forum that agianst me there was an FZ Raid
