Car rams - 2:06, 3:46, 5:54, 6:07,[6:15 ID9928 tried to ram but missed], 6:20, 6:45 IDs: 0:00 - ID:21624(White car), 7:01 - ID:11370(G-Wagon), 7:12 - ID:9698(Red car) [ID: 9928 also tried to ram the car at 6:15]
The whole time ID:10817 was trying to distract me from his friends ramming the car and later stealing it and at 6:58 you can see him get in the G-Wagon.
At 3:55 you can see that I submitted a ticket about car ramming at capitol and at 5:04 you can see in the chat that Chris Jackson is "watching" but for the next 3 minutes he doesn't do anything about them ramming the car and at 15:12(city time) them stealing it...
At the end of the video you can see the car owner, who was at NG raid.
