Rejected Demorgan for FailRP

I was demorganed for FailRP because I told someone who was robbing me to “Shut the Fuck Up” apparently telling someone that is FailRP if you watch the full POV I step forward and put my hand up. When I tell him to “shut the fuck up” he tells them to kill me. How am I supposed to know this is a rule if it was never posted in the rules section. Also “shut the fuck up” isn’t an insult in my eyes. Calling someone names is. The screenshot that was posted in his thread was from a private discord chat in the GRP discord that I can’t see as well so there’s no way of me knowing. I’ve also always tried to follow rules. I think I have maybe 1 actual demorgan ever. I’ll take my demorgan if it is a new rule, I don’t mind. I just had no idea that it was a rule now.

First of all, I have punished you for Fear-RP and not Fail-RP. IRL when you are getting robbed or have guns pointed at your head you will be feared for your life and wish they don't kill you. In this case, you are clearly not fearing for your own life.

I see. He told me to move forward even tho I was already out of hq that’s why I didn’t put my hands up. He told me to put my hands up as I put my hands up you can hear it in my POV. Also the guy to my right says “you have guns to your head now you know what to do” and right after I put my hands up.

To be exact at 1:56 you can hear him say you have 3 guns to your head and I immediately put my hands up.
