Rejected Banned for 60 days I 1.1 and 1.4

I have been banned for gen rule 1.1 and 1.4 by Bobby Margiela. Gen rule 1.1 states that I have shared my account with another person. I have never shared my account with anyone and Ive been the only person who has been on my account (as i know). 1.4 states that you can only have 1 account. I only have one account on EN 1 which is Ava Winter 84825. I have other accounts on different servers but thats it. Ive only made 1 account on EN 1 so i am confused why I am getting banned for 60 days.

I dont exactly know when I got banned due to the fact I wasnt at home all weekend and the last time I was in city was 09.04.2022 just to put an LOA in for my organistion so they know I wont be in city that weekend.

Yeah, Im just writing this because idk why im banned.
