As Per the POV on 0:25 seconds, in the OBS we can clearly see that it's recording from the past 2 minutes 33 sec and in the appeal, this guy is saying that he opened it accidentally but in this thread " Rejected - UNBAN APPEAL | ID 79740 | FANCI DARLING , this guy clearly accepts that he used OBS , by these 2 proofs we can see that this guy has broken Gen 6.17 and now should also be punished for deceiving admins
