Hello Mazhor, for a start I got a 7 day ban due to general rules 3.1 and 3.2. First I got 360 minutes of sound, and after 3 hours I got a 7-day ban, I served my sentence and again I got a sentence for the same thing, I admit I was wrong, but punishing for the same thing twice is wrong

You got unbanned but the mute will stay, the admin made a mistake not seeing the same complaint on forum while you already got punished for the mistake you did.
