the guy as seen in his pov he was stopping , he don't leave when we ask him too ! he start moving after we take actions and he was next the Ng wearhouse
that was a high secured operation and the guy was standing outside and he had a gun in his hand . after we took him down we gave him medical attention he was wanted and he had guns as well
