While on my way from the Capitol to DOC, my game tabbed out and wouldn't tab back in. Upon fixing this issue I returned back dead. As you can see from the video the suspect is alone. At 0:56 he spins into the frame in the dirt in his hypercar. 1:06 he approaches the car immediately drawing his gun and firing without hesitation and missing. He then proceeds to kill me and drive away. This is straight-up deathmatch as you can see from him immediately opening fire upon exiting the vehicle. I can understand if an attempt to RP was made but nothing at all... Morning players, am I right? Please note my game time is 1 hour incorrect for some reason, I don't know why

Since you didn't record your POV correctly, I don't need to upload my POV. You need to upload your POV properly first.

You are clearly getting defensive as you know you are in the wrong. If you want to prove your innocence provide a POV. Tabbed out of the game is also a pretty good reason as to why there is no game sound.

I don't think I've seen a lot of forums that were rejected because of sound.

They are rejected where sound is imperative. You didn't even leave 5 seconds from having your gun pointed to shooting me... This is clear from the clip. You are trying to play the system when your actions were uncalled for and unnecessary. Why don't you explain to me why you killed me. Maybe then I can understand your actions and why you are being so defensive for blatant RDM.

What from getting out of the car to shooting? Just look at the clip... You had no gun pointed before that point, you got straight out of the car and started shooting.

I'm going to call your bluff here and say you are lying. Even if there were 3 people in the car behind, in order to stop a car outside of the city you need 2 people per car. Ordinarily, you would have wanted to revive and mug me, but you didn't. A single car per my POV drove straight off. There were no shots fired from behind the vehicle nor did a vehicle ram the rear of mine. Maybe you are more willing to share your POV? Or are neither of you man enough to do so? But my best guess is if they check the logs, you were probably not online or present, at which point you would be lying on a player complaint...

You can talk shit all the time but you should know that for pullover you need 2 cars and 4 people but if you don't move we don't have to make a pullover and we would have to help our friend who needed help. That's why we didnt rob you.

But tell me, how did your friend find out you needed help at the side of the Motorway? Did you use discord to metagame? The more you talk the more you open yourself up to criticism. I would suggest uploading a POV, just for my benefit so I can get a grasp of the situation.
