The rule you are penalized is General Rule 3.1, not General Rule 1.3. I made a mistake while reviewing your ticket on the forum. The problem has been fixed.​

This is not the only problem. I did not insult anybody in any kind of way OOC or IC. This is the main problem. The report was only even for FL in GZ the reporter even knew there was no insult.
