NG got a verbal warning for Rule of state 1.14 . As you can see in my POV that id 37092 was cuffed by ID 2231 at 16.26. And in the 2nd POV he was handed over to fib at DOC at 16.48 that's only 22 mins he was detained. I request the main administration to consider that NG did hand over in 22 min and the verbal warn should be removed. Thank you.
