Richard Anthony is a 22-year-old Asian American, born in Indonesia and raised in San Fransisco. Richard is not an open guy, he is quiet, silent but he is a determined guy. Richard Anthony was severely wounded while serving duty as a Special ops Sergeant in Afghanistan, and because of that he was honorably discharged from his duties and sent back to the states to live as a civilian he struggled with life this way. At some day, Richard found an advertisement in the newspaper that SAHP is recruiting new offficers, so Richard packed his stuffs and flew in to San Andreas, he bought a house and a car, applied to become a Highway Patrolman in SAHP., with his special skills he had the ability to be a one man army not fearing a two on one fight but welcoming it once Richard was hired he climbed the ranks rather rapidly making it to where he is now as a Sergeant of HR, he fights gang affiliations everyday, he arrested most wanted people in Los Santos and San Andreas, he has to safely protect those around him and those he serves, Richard has only one goal, its to eliminate the gangs that wreck havoc upon Los Santos and San Andreas, and to be the best cop that he can be.
Outcome:
-Can take on 2 men at once due to his high military training
-Has a set of high-tech sunglasses that record everything he’s doing and sends it up to an online cloud automatically, meaning he records everything that happens to him through his military sunglasses.
-Uses a revolver to protect himself which he always carries.
