Notix was born in a slum, raised with the children living in there , he had a very small family but he used to love them, there was not one day he could spend a day without his family members . His parents were police officers in the FIB and there main objective was to eliminate the criminal activities from the city. Notix always had his interests in many illegal activities . Himself and the other children at Slum used to participate in several illegal activities such as robbing and killing LEO’s at the age of 15! He was very successful At robberies since he had an injection with truth serum , someone lied to him he would try injecting the truth serum to get all true information about them, Notix though was very kind hearted person when it comes to his family and friends. 3 years later, one day his mom got shot by a criminal, ever since then Notix decided to leave this business and wanted to Join the Federal Investigation Bureau to take revenge on the person who killed his mom.
To join federal investigation bureau you must have law enforcement of experience of at-least an year. Therefore notix went to San Andreas Highway Patrol and spent a whole year there making tactics with the team to eliminate criminal activities. one fine day however notix was having his lunch in the office , suddenly he heard a bullet sound which presumed to be coming towards him, he got afraid and called a backup to support him. They managed to eliminate most of them , but notix got shot in the head very badly, with blood flowing out , Notix had a very little chance to survive if not rushed to the hospital, Everyone rushed to the hospital. Fortunately he was alive but lost his memory of the time he had spent as a traffic cop.
Later on Notix was fired for him not being suitable to come on the Job and since he doesn’t remember being a traffic cop he goes back to his friend’s gang but they refuse to take him back since they took him as unfit to shoot. His family members told him that it was his time to Join FIB.
So he went there applied for It, interviewed and got In. The moment he saw when he joined FIB, that they had so much information on the gang his friends are in so Notix tried stealing the information and case files about his gang was almost caught and fired . But he managed to hide the papers. Notix being in FIB had a good communication with the gang members and any sort of information was being passed. Later on when FIB gets enough evidence for the raid , they plan a raid on there warehouse to eliminate any illegal firearms they find and, Notix’s friend dies in that. Notix crying over his body, mourning his death. Said “Miss you My friend, miss you”
Outcomes :
1. Notix will be able to use truth serum to find the truth as well as torture/interrogate/kill for information even for lawyers.
2. Notix will be able to remove his family members and random people from the wanted list randomly as well as reduce prison sentence
3. Notix will be able to pay for information via the criminals.
4. Notix will be able to use drugs.
5. Notix displays love towards his family so he can let go his family members as well as reduce there prison sentence and help them in escaping
6. Notix will be able to use illegal weapons even while on duty.
7. Notix will be able to take bribes
8. Notix can have illegal tattoos or white face paint
9. Notix will be able to find, smash and break the bodycam
10. Notix will be able to hack and delete any CCTV footage.
11. Notix Can help his family in illegal activities(Including participation)
12. Notix can rob weapons and ammunition from anyone except FIB agents
