You need to provide a video before the event start so the admin can clearly see you entering before the event start, as shown in the video proof your family did go inside before the starting of the event. And the video you provided is useless in this situation because it doesn't show your family outside the circle, and after all this is just a game don't be this mad about this, next time i will not report you .

in this case you should ask your family members that have more experience than you, and as you were saying in my POV your family are relevant and good, but apparently the lack of leadership inside your family will cost you a punishment from the adMin,
