Please address quickly if possible it happened less than 5 min ago and he's still at it out there.

This isn't the first time you've done this to EMS.

Admins, based on the fact that this individual has OTHER APPROVED reports about killing EMS:

While doing my duty, Ems jammed the car as seen in the video and started shooting at me.

I would propose this be changed from a 6.5 rule break to a 6.12 rule break, for continuing to harass EMS.
