I was doing patrol as an LSPD officer when i heard gunshots near construction site. Went over and saw a Blood member killing a civilian on the sidewalk. Chased him in my vehicle for a bit, after that he fled from the vehicle and continued on foot, running inside of the construction area. I chased him down on foot and after giving multiple commands for him to drop the gun while my gun was drawn, he started firing at me. My instant response was downing the suspect and make sure the area was clear before handcuffing him and placing him in the back of my car. Before i could secure the area 100% he combatlogged to escape his punishment.

I waited on scene for another 5ish minutes and didnt meet him in the city after he popped. He could ofcourse have came back after the 5 minutes but i have no POV of any of this. I hope he didnt crash and if he did i hope he has a pov for us, wouldnt wanna punish someone for crashing. Could've been really bad timing ofcourse

ID 17077 did not provide POV in the allotted time​

• ID 17077 will receive a punishment for general rule 6.2​
• It is forbidden to leave the RP situation by refusing to continue the RP situation, not accepting / refusing first aid, leaving the game, AFK or entering in an interior and etc.
