Hello, I got a 60 day ban for general rule 1.4 (1.4 It is forbidden to have more than 1 additional account(Twinking) | Permanent ban to all accounts except main account. Main account will get ban up to 60 days)
And I want to explain the events that happened that ended up getting me banned.
It was around 7th of April, when I decided to check when my ban ends. And due to me changing my email address from the account as it was hacked, after the 50 days I forgot I changed the account email address because for most of my accounts I use the same email. Then I accidentally logged onto an account I made but never logged onto the account. The account was fresh, the character wasn't even created and if you log onto that account, it will say which character gender you want to choose. After realising that I wasn't approved an alt account I immediately quit the game resulting in me logging off from the account. Same thing with the other account when I logged in, it was fresh, not even a gender chosen and I again immediately quit the game. Then on the 3rd time of joining the server, and the 3rd and last attempting of trying to log on my account, I remembered what my account email and password was. If you unban those "alt" accounts, I can screenshare you me logging onto those accounts and you can see that the characters aren't even finished creating. Both accounts were also 21k ids and the ids are next to each other (21682, 21683) which is the current highest and they're both still in the hotel starting rooms. If you can check in logs, you can see I spent a total of a few seconds on the accounts. You can also see in logs that I've never used an alt account and the only account I was using is id 57 and I also have no reason to use an alt account since I have all my items on my main account.
You can permanently ban all of my alt accounts because I will never use them as I have no reason to. All I want is my main account to be unbanned. Thank you and have a good day.
