Attempted VDM by ID 138849. As you can see he veers his car towards me with an entire lane and a half available.

upon reviewing the evidence I have decided to accept this report
ID 138847 will receive a punishment for VDM
That looked very intentional to me, hence VDM.
It is forbidden to run players over with cars.
