After growing up in Vancouver Canada in a rough childhood Dave decided to move to Los Santos after the death of his father his dream was always to become a cop this was because he was bullied as a kid and wanted to put the bad people away when he first landed he joined the PD he climbed the ranks fast getting promoted to sergeant within 7 years an all time record for the PD he tends to work the late night shifts where he’s one of the only officers on duty and he has to deal with the biggest criminals alone it’s a tall task that he’s up for one day his car that he worked very hard for was stolen and he didn’t have enough money to pay for it back this sent him into a downward spiral and for the first time since him visiting Los Santos he felt he had failed his only option to become rich like he has always wanted was to become corrupt and accept bribes
But he must be careful to get caught by his fellow officers because his job would be on the line

Dave will be able to unlock doors in the prison or “let prisoners friends visit”(let the prisoner leave but not let the others see it) all for a payment
Dave will be able to let his family members get away with a little more then most people
