2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

- The first reason is that I see gangs in the current state being uneven and disbalanced. Me being a leader in Marabunta would balance it out a bit and bring some real gang rp like it was back when the server just opened.

- I have been a leader of Marabunta previously. I've lasted as a leader for 2 month. After that, I switched to being an admin. Therefore, I have good rp experience which is needed in the current state of the gangs.

- I want to make Marabunta great again (Mara Sotka if u know u know)

3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.
Ye RP in gangs is hard thing to learn and teach in general. This is because most of the gang members don't follow RP rules during robberies, etc. This single handily influences others to do the same. I will make sure everyone in Mara follows the RP rules .

1) Lack of effort in making/posting your application. For an application to become a leader and take on a higher responsibility, I deem it insufficiently written with underdeveloped statements, and a general overall lack of supporting points to prove why you would be a good fit as a Marabunta Grande leader.
2) I was here when the server opened, RP was the same. In leaders we seek people who live in the future, who are devoted to positive change, and who want to lead the server into tomorrow, and not keep it stuck in the past.
3) We dont accept "I want to make Marabunta Grande great again" as a reason to why you want to be a leader.


This doesn't entirely mean something bad, just reapply next time with a more in depth application, support your points with better/more creative ideas and or new things that haven't been brought to the table yet.
