Hello, as we can see on the video, Guzman Luxury (ID 3933) is in the Milano Family while his main account (ID 2323) who is banned is the leader of the same family. And according to the rule 1.8 GEN : "It is prohibited to interact between your main account and twink. Any transfer of property or money will lead to PERMANENT ban of both accounts.".
The problem is that the administration is allowing twink 3933 to play on the same family as his main account 2323 (As you can see on the discord screen).

Interaction with twink account is when you transferring money/property/etc. from twink to main and otherwise.
