We were on patrol looking for a black BMW with pink neon lights. We found a black BMW matching the description of the vehicle in front of a 24/7. So we pull around and wait for the player to turn on the engine to see if it has pink neon lights. Sadly, it did not have the neon lights but, we noticed that it didn't have a license plate. So we decide to pull the player over so we can ID the player and make sure the player wasn't wanted. We also would've fined the player for 2.1 Absence of License Plate. Instead, the player pulls over and leaves the game.
