Rejected Unlawful Ban || SamLeBlanc

I have a small obligation that i have been banned for multi-accounting but i have logged in with my wife's ID as she is not available to play for IRL reason hence i just came in to spend some time that's all and i just gifted her account apartment but she sold it and gave me the money so how is that a problem ?
And i was transferred 2.1 million bank transfer so how is that illegal ? as per (1.9) General Rules

If this is wrong then please do consider this as a Humble request.

I am ready to accept ban but please reduce the time duration of the ban so that we can get the houses that i have back as i also own a business pls do consider this as a humble request and reduce the time duration of the BAN.
