I arrived to a call about a house robbery, and when i arrived on scene they blocked me in with cars, they asked me to get out of the car. They also didnt give me any time to comply with their demands and just killed me.

Not allowing someone adequate time to comply with demands is called powergaming and not allowed. You also start shooting at the two second mark.​
