I would like to bring in ID 9714 as well for failing rp. This was all around the same time we were in those 10-80s. ID 9714 disregarded that we had 2+ LEO vehicles with 2 or more officers

More proof of us asking him to pull over, this was before the first clip

ID 9714 will receive a punishment for failRP.

When engaging in a chase if two cars and four people are demanding you to pull over you must pull over.​
