Background

1. Born on the dreaded streets of Panvel, Dare was always Notorious, Naughty and a Music Lover. He always used to dwell the street of Panvel with his mates, rolling cylce tyres with a stick, Playing the game called Wood and Stick and other kids games with his friends all the time. Life was good for him, he had loving parents, ate good food. But being the playful kid Baba was, he was not the most studious and lenient child, He wasted him time instead of studying and always found reasons to meet his drug addict friends Chintu, Guddu, and the worst of them Bhailu. Bhailu was one of the worst kids in the entire city of Panvel. He used to smoke weed, Gamble all his money, Drive rashly. One Day Baba was fed up with these malpractices of Bhailu, he decided to Stand up against him and raise his voice against him out of anger. They both fell in a heated argument and Bhailu was agitated. Knowing the fire that Baba had striked, he had a life threat being in Panvel. He Decided to flee out of the city and fly to Las Santos in 2009. He was now safe from Bhailu, but he didnt know of all the wrongs and crimes in the city of Los Santos. Seeing all the crime he decided to join the LSPD and worked his ass off, always respected his higher ups and was on of the best officers that were present. But his hard work and dedication was not seen by majority of his Higher Ups, He tried his best to be seen doing hard work but all in vain. He contacted multiple higher ups regarding his promotion, but he failed every time. Still he didn't give up and kept on working. One fine day Baba Decided it was enough of hard work and no one would ever see him doing his work, so he decided to step up against it, not in front of them but behind their backs, he made a list of actions that he would conduct behind their backs and would try his best to not let officers know about it. He contacted a few people in the city and joined an Unofficial Org as well, which allowed him to Rob People, Rob Cars, Rob trunks or some negligible Illegal Activites.

Some of those actions he wrote were as follows:-
Outcomes

1. He would casually forget to turn on his Bodycam on some days, where there would be lack of evidence in some petty situations.
2. He would pick up some of the guns after the Active gunfire situation and keep it safe in his car's trunk which can be sold later for some profits.
3. He would assist his Unofficial org members in some small robbery outside the city casually off-duty.
4. He would also feel confident and strong in 1v2 situations and take point if his or his officers life is in immediate danger.
5. He would sometimes forget to return his Organisation's Weapons and keep it on him in case of very dangerous situations.
6. He swore to Follow his division's Rules FTO and swore to never mess up on his Field Training Officer job as he really wanted that Division.
7. He would also accept some Minor Briberies regarding some issues such as Fine for parking, Pulling people over or During Arrests for minor crimes.
8. He was never the Best driver out there, so he might overspeed a bit, Lane cutting, Dangerous Overtaking and RubberBanding.
9. Baba will not participate in anything illegal or unlawful when co-workers are present due to his extreme carefulness.
10. He would never assist his Unofficial Org in any major events such as Store Robberies or Other official events.
11. He had an Indian Accent while speaking and was made fun of his accent many a times, so he swore if anyone made fun of his Accent again, he would try his best to get that guy taken out.
