The Joker (Eddie Brown) and

Eddie Putin and Louie West were friends from a young age. They were both seen as outcasts, and mostly were alone. They both had parents who couldnt care less about them and often hit them. which explains Louie and Eddie’s cruelty. They had along the years often talked about things like, how well the ISIS operates or, how good terrorism is. These bad thoughts and talks slowly made them into monsters, who were blank inside, and killings didn’t affect them. They often like to be seen similar with The Joker, and take inspiration by him, on how he uses makeup and extravagant clothes when performing his wrong-doings.
Who are they?
The Chamber Of Rainbow, firstly originated in Brooklyn, New York, is the criminal family responsive for theyre infamous way off wrong-goings, being dresses as… Unicorns, The Joker, rainbows? Those guys have really showed that they are the ones who rule, and they dont care about what other says. These guys are in the spotlight of all criminal activity going around in the city, and doing it in an exotic way.
Why?
The members of this vicious organization, are people who came together to do something never done before. They often like to put a little bit of spice into they’re activity, appearing in outrageous costumes, and doing things never seen before by criminal organizations.
They have an embarrasing record of tricking the police, into things we have never seen before, often coming with ridiculous demands when having innocent lives held at gunpoint, or even tricking the police that they were… filming a store robbery with the store owners permission, when they were actually robbing it for real!!!
This is just an example of what this crazy upmoving organization does and with more to come…

[10] Joker. Hes the main man and responsible for all planning and torturing.
[9] Unicorn. He is as, extravagant as the Joker and rules the organization with him.
[8] Mastermind. He is often given responsibility for the work the family does, and rules over the people under him.
[7] Shooterman. He is often seen, controlling the lower ranking groups, and is sometimes given responsibility for events.
[6] Enforcer. He is the man, that brings in the moneyflow for the org, and is always ready for trouble.
[5] Recruiter. He is the man who does most of the recruiting and is responsible for getting members in the org.
[4] Young light. He can recruit when given permission by the recruiter, but mainly steers raiding groups when need be.
[3] Loyal. He is at the rank when he is seen loyal for the org, and is sometimes seen leading raids, at descretion of a shooterman.
[2] Learning rainbow. He has passed rank 1, and is seen ready for upbringing. Does not control anyone.

Our goal will to ultimately be one of the most influencial organizations in the city. Were also looking to be seen as the main drug distribution organization, in the entire city, and make alot of money on that. All this together will allow us to become one of the greatest organizations ever made.
Dress code
All from rank 7 to 10 must have the given dress cdoe.
All under 7 must wear atleast 4 bright colored clothing.
Rules
• Do not insult or disrespect your superiors
• Do not oversee your superiors demands
• Dont take things from warehouse for personal purposes
• Do not share organizational information
• When doing organizational activities, always follow the dresscode.
