Rejected OOC insults | ID 5660

After getting killed in foundry (which is an ooc event), ID 5660 walks up to me and calls we a "f*cking R*tard". I feel very strained that I was called a R*tard even though I was just trying to have fun with my family in foundry. As you can see, rule 3.1 Insulting of the person (OOC) is strictly prohibited |Mute 180 minutes or ban up to 7 days. This is a minimal representation of the punishment you should receive but no matter what punishment you get you its very cowardly to call someone a "f*cking R*tard" cause I know people that have went through that bs in real life and it isn't funny what so ever. You've called me that word plenty of times but in a ooc matter that's just f*cked up.
