I was just minding my own business by riding around my motorcycle when a player pulls up next to me for a race. I tell him I'm not interested since I'm an off duty SAHP officer. He keeps insisting on racing until I leave and he tries to ram into my bike. I decide that I want to escape by going into SAHP HQ but fail because I missed the turn as he blocked me. The rest of the incident happens in the video attached to this report but, you can see towards the end that he tries to go beyond VDMing and Car Ramming by trying to Mercy-Kill me. He keeps trying until he decides to try robbing my bike but, it fails because he did not appear to be apart of a Gang Organization or Unofficial Organization and it was in a Green Zone.
