Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.

• ID 25160 will receive a punishment for dm in city.
• 33193 will receive a punishment for mixing (mentioning id).
• Unfortunately stealing solar panel batteries is an IC issue,we cannot punish for the same.
