hello today i got ban for 12 days for gen rule 5.3 and as what we can see here

its the wrong punishment because here its showing if the player did disrespect he can get 7 days ban but in the proof down showing what i say that was nothing from the disrespect and also as what we can see here Approved - VDM AND RDM | 50904 , 61131 before my punishment was demorgan for VDM and he chose to give me warn and to spend in jail 3 hours and the time for the demorgan is 120 min maximum but when i ask hem he say the time will remain and any one can check what im saying in the logs so in my opinion this is not professional job and hes not sure about what he is doing
This is not appropriate.
