2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
- I have spent a lot of time on the server and the one gang I have had very little interaction with but very much interest in is Marabunta Grande. Since joining the server my hopes were to one day run the gang as I love the lore that comes with it. The mix of the different colors of blue and the Mexican gang lifestyle is really fascinating to me and I would love the opportunity to lead them. Along with me, I have a group of people who would be my high command that are all well versed in the rules and operations of the server. We have all been around for a pretty long time and have never really been given the chance to run a gang. So this is a big deal for us.
- I helped run families back when they got 100% turfs under the leadership I was a Vice under Ross Dejigalo. I made sure that we were at every gang event and running fort Zancudo raids efficiently and Actively. I helped keep our sprays up and made sure everyone understood all of the rules and how to stay out of trouble. During my tenure as a Vice, we were almost never given a warning or a strike. I also helped bring Cosa Nostra up to a top 3 family through my leadership and ability to organize people and get them to events. I feel as though my talents mixed with my experience would really help me to lead Marabunta well.
- I am currently in a pretty large family a lot of which have people in a lot of different gangs. I would like to get the leader of Marabunta because it would give me an opportunity for me to bring a lot if not all of the family members into 1 gang rather than all spread out. I feel as if this would make a lot more sense RP'ly which is very important to me. I love heavy roleplay so anything that would give me the opportunity to do more if it is something I want to pursue.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
A lot of other gangs just recruit whoever and go out and street fight 24/7 rather than focusing on the Roleplay and what it means to be a gang in Grand RP. If given this position I will be sure to host many RP events with the gang and other gangs in general. Through meetings and Ceremonies and other things I have planned for this. If I'm given an opportunity I believe I can exceed every expectation put in place.
