Sadly enough i dont have any more evidence from before the event since i clipped the pov recording so it would fit the event itself. I do have bodycam proof if you would like. The reason i was walking and "delaying" was because i was looking through my left eye, thats also the reason why you can hear me scream "bro!". The slow walking and slow ATM usage is purely because i was looking at something else while making my transfer. It was not even my goal to make a report but i gave the officer multiple proofs of me not comitting the crime and he still arrested me. He checked my name and could clearly see that i didnt have any wanted level while he told me you never get a wanted level from robbing ATM's while you really do get a wanted level per ATM robbery. Also he searched me for any illegal items and he didnt find anything on me, not even a lockpick, which you need to rob an ATM. Last i asked the officer to show his ID and he refused, after which i had to contact an FIB HC to get to know his name and badge number. All i wanted to do was prove i didnt rob the ATM but he didnt even let me defend myself
