Dear sir/madam,

I'm reaching out to you as I need assistance regarding forgot login credential. I'm from EN #02. I'm not sure what verification method you're using but if there's anything you need me to provide, please do not hesitate to reach out to me. All I need is just a simple clue and a Password Reset mail to the email address associated with the account.

Try using the Change Password option in M>Security & Settings. If you still can't manage to change the password then file a technical complaint
