I and my friend have received a ban from Charles Burberry for rule 1.1 as well as 1.8 although this is absolute nonsense.
I explained in a complaint that I do not have a multiaccount but that my boyfriend and I live together and both have 2 accounts.
This implies for me that the ban for rule 1.1 is unjustified.
Rule 1.8 is not exactly defined in the rulebook and so none of us and not even from the family was aware that it is not allowed that the twink is in the family.
Rule 1.8 does not apply to us, because we were in the same family but never acted together. If just being in a family leads to a permanent ban of both accounts, this should definitely be better explained in the rules.
Here I ask you to define rule 1.8 please more precisely.
In addition, I wonder how Charles exactly comes to me and my friend and unfortunately assume a personal problem here, but do not want to go into it here publicly.
As far as I can remember, no one has ever been banned on DE01 for having their main and twink in the same family and in a personal conversation with the admins they only said "since the rule is not exactly defined it leaves a lot of room for us (the admins) to maneuver" so they seem to think they can do whatever they want.
In this personal conversation the admins Charles Burberry, Johnny Archer and Jackson Clark were present.
Vincent Xozis approved the ban, I also tried to contact him directly but neither he nor Markus Black could or wanted to explain to me what exactly rule 1.8 is about. Maybe because none of the admins know it themselves?
After this conversation I had the feeling that they have a direct problem with me and they want to use their position of power on this server at any cost.
In addition, for days almost all complaints against admins are simply rejected with a standard sentence. It is questionable if anyone reads the complaints at all.
Because me and my partner put a lot of time, love and money into Grand and will now lose everything, I'm trying to contact you directly as a last resort.
From the Senior Administrator DE Markus Black I have received on my report like all others unfortunately only a standard answer.
It would be nice if we can find a solution together so that Grand will still be fun for us in the future.
