Approved Killing in City. ID 1236

In the video I am being chased by guys saying to pull over. Even though it was 4 guys with 2 vehicles, they were using personal vehicles(non-gang cars). So from the OOC Ghetto rules, we didn't have to get out. We then go to the city as they are not using gang cars to chase us, and proceed to kill us in the city.
