I went to heal him and he kept refusing because it was "expensive" and he was talking while dead I told him that we can't control the prices and I offered to pay him back if he accepted I told him I will pay him back like 2 to 3 times but kept refusing and its happens a lot in the city and it's annoying me a lot, most of the time I ignore it if they were close to me but if I'm gonna be far and drive all the way to me just for them to refuse ill report it especially if I told him to accept and ill refund him his money
