Rejected Cheating ID 25814

Hello, during a clandestine event me and my fellow gang members were shooting at ID 25814. We did a total of over 400 damage to him and as seen in the clip his health bar doesn't move down one bit. There was no visible lag seen in the clips and I believe this guy was using god mode.

actually, I was in zoom meeting along with gta that's why I was lagging at that time my internet was not stable at that time I have some other pov of that time in clandestine in which I shot that person in green but he died after some time and I was not using any kind of god mode that's just because my internet was unstable at that time.

i dont have pov of exact timestamp was not be able to clip but at this time when i realize that i was lagging so i clipped that i have a few more seconds earlier clip in which i return from hospital to clad
