Were all the items returned and do you agree to close the forum without any action being taken on the player?

Yes all the items were returned in a good manor.

As far as we are concerned, GRP has a clearly listed rule and punishment for scamming / stealing. It does not say in the rules that after a rule is broken x y z can happen and the punishment in void. This person stole from my family. If you as admins feel that he should not be punished, we will go along with your decision. We just hope that the next time one of us gets in trouble related to a permanent ban, that we are given the same opportunity to avoid punishment as well.
