Fast of all ems is heart of city. i work in ems more than 4 month i have good experience in ems organization, I have gained a complete idea about how to run the org with proper set of rules and create a fun and functional RP with friendly environment.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
let's come straight to the point if i was leader of ems i will make sure recrute active member in org. becoz as we know at night time ems dont have enough empoloy. i work 3 turm in ems.. and i work in night shift.. pepole not getting replacement at night.. so i recrute pepeole activly.. also i will talk with ems curator and try to increase SH night sift bonus and am giving rank who deserve. there is no favouritism,
